We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Hotel Du Vin in Winchester. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and beers to our discerning guests
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our drinks menu and make recommendations to guests
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to create a seamless dining and drinking experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest feedback and complaints
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new drinks menus and promotions
