About the Role

The Robertson Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of site personnel, including tradespeople and support staff
  • Ensure that all site operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on site performance, including safety, quality, and productivity metrics
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site operations and reduce costs
  • Provide guidance and support to site personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site personnel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
