As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and operational direction to our centre, while also supporting our Area Manager and fellow services in the Newcastle and Hunter Valley region.
You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated Operations team, as well as a national team that includes Quality, Education, Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Safety and Compliance, Marketing and Promotions. About You- Able to work full-time, Mon-Fri (monthly RDO negotiable)

- Coaching and mentoring both Centre Leadership Teams
- Supporting with Marketing and occupancy growth
- Work closely and collaboratively with Area Manager
- Support with Quality and Education of the service
