About the Role
At Avery Healthcare, we strive to create a safe and caring environment for our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care.
- Monitor the wellbeing of each resident and ensure that new needs are met.
- Support residents with their medication requirements.
- Undertake staff supervisions and support staff development.
- Act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and visitors.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. You will also need to have a positive attitude towards supporting and nurturing residents and staff.

Requirements
- NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
- 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Positive attitude towards supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
