About the Role

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor at Fox and Sons, you will have the opportunity to develop a rewarding career in the mortgage industry. Our company offers a structured and transparent progression path, allowing you to forge a true career in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with the Estate Agency team through training and support
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss best practice and build relationships
  • Conduct 2 to 3 appointments a day, providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customers' needs
  • Attract new customers and business while being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
Requirements
  • Resilient, positive, and friendly can-do attitude
  • Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completion
  • Motivated to be successful
  • Always doing the right thing by the customer
  • Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances
  • Attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills
  • Full UK driving license
