Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineering Manager to lead our R&D team in the design and development of cutting-edge electronics products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all electronic taskwork, leading product development, and ensuring end-to-end involvement in the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Electronics Engineer: Oversee all electronic taskwork within the R&D team, delegating suitable taskwork to the Electronics Technician and Test Engineer.
  • Product Development: Play a pivotal role in our exciting product roadmap, including new IoT projects, and contribute to the development of innovative electronics solutions.
  • End-to-End Involvement: Experience the full lifecycle of product development, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Requirements:

  • Design Expertise: Expertise across the full electronic design lifecycle, from design to manufacture, with a strong understanding of circuit design, PCB design, and EMC compliance.
  • Circuit Design: Skilled in both Analogue and Digital circuit design, with experience in designing for EMC compliance.
  • Communication Interfaces: Familiarity with RS232, RS485, I2C, UART, SPI, and other communication interfaces.
