About the Role:

As a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Working in our busy community pharmacy, you will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently, while ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in providing medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, conduct medication reviews, and maintain accurate patient records. About You:

We are looking for a Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) to join our team. You will have proven experience in a community pharmacy setting, a strong commitment to patient care and safety, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work effectively in a team and independently will be essential in this role. If you have up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends, and a flexible and positive approach to problem-solving, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
- Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory
- Provide immunization services (where applicable)
- Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products
- Actively participate in health promotion and public health initiatives
