We are seeking a talented Graduate Ecologist to support our highly skilled ecologists in undertaking a range of habitat and protected species surveys, desktop studies, data analysis, and report writing. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop field craft and consultancy skills as part of a professional team in the great outdoors.

About the Role
  • Assist our experienced ecologists in conducting habitat and protected species surveys, including bats, reptiles, amphibians, otters, and barn owls.
  • Contribute to desktop studies, data analysis, and report writing to deliver high-quality results to our clients.
  • Develop your skills in ecological survey and mitigation work, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of ecologists, planners, archaeologists, landscape architects, masterplanners, and engineers to deliver multi-disciplinary projects.

Requirements
  • A minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent in ecology, conservation, or a related discipline.
  • Student or qualifying membership of CIEEM (Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
