At the Chesamel Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive Lead to join our team in London. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for bridging the gap between client relationship management and hands-on marketing execution.

About the Role

This exciting position will involve overseeing client accounts, managing events, and ensuring seamless delivery of marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with both the Modern and Chesamel marketing teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Account Management:
    • Foster strong relationships with assigned Modern clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
    • Coordinate client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of events and campaigns.
    • Monitor and report on client account performance, identifying growth opportunities and addressing any challenges.
    • Manage client budgets and collaborate with the finance team to ensure campaign budgets are up-to-date.
    • Explore opportunities to grow client accounts and overall revenue of the Chesamel Group.
  • Marketing Delivery & Execution:
    • Collaborate with the Chesamel Group marketing team to develop and manage/executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets (e.g., email campaigns, social media content, presentations) that align with brand guidelines.
    • Manage always-on marketing initiatives, focusing on account-based marketing (ABM).
    • Develop content deliverables for internal/external communications, including podcast series and ABM.
    • Project manage marketing deliverables for the Chesamel Group, including those related to Middle East expansion.
    • Oversee partnership opportunities and drive joint marketing efforts to increase brand awareness among targeted audiences.
    • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Support the development of new business and revenue growth opportunities through collateral and asset creation with the Modern and Chesamel Marketing teams.
Requirements
  • To succeed in this role, you should be a problem solver, hands-on, and obsessive about delivering an excellent service to our clients.
  • 5+ years in marketing with proven campaign development & execution success.
  • Strong project management and content creation skills.
  • Expertise in ABM, podcast production, and internal/external communications.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing with analytics proficiency.
  • Experience in partnership development and joint marketing efforts.
  • Track record of supporting new business development and revenue growth.
  • Experience in account management within an agency, ideally within a tech and/or marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for line managing, leading, and motivating others.
  • Excellent account management skills, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities and manage any issues that arise.
  • Demonstrable experience in budget negotiation and meeting client requirements.
  • A track record of building internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or relevant software (e.g., Hubspot).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices for clients and teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and flexible working hours.
