We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our clients in Romford, Hornchurch, and Rainham.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
- Assist with daily tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
- Accompany clients to appointments and shopping, promoting their independence and well-being.
