As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of the examination process by supervising students and ensuring a calm exam environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring exam rooms to prevent any breaches of exam regulations
  • Supporting students who require additional assistance during exams
  • Assisting with the preparation of exam venues, including arranging stationery, equipment, and exam papers
  • Ensuring the secure collection and storage of exam materials
  • Maintaining a professional and respectful attitude towards students and colleagues
