Adult Emergency Services Team Lead

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Adult Emergency Services Team Lead. As a key member of the Adult Emergency Department team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing care for High Impact Users, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to assess and develop personalized care plans.
About the RoleThe post holder will provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members, ensuring that they receive the necessary support and resources to deliver excellent patient care. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective care plans, communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, and contributing to the overall goals and objectives of the department.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will also require a strong understanding of complex patient needs and the ability to develop and implement effective care plans.
As an Adult Emergency Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing care for High Impact Users
- Providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members
- Developing and implementing effective care plans
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
