Présentation du Rôle

L'Association des Femmes en Santé est à la recherche d'un Analyste de Bureau pour rejoindre son équipe de professionnels passionnés par la santé et la stratégie. En tant qu'Analyste de Bureau, vous serez chargé de soutenir l'équipe stratégique dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie produits (radioligands) en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Market-Access, Marketing-Ventes et Médicales.

Responsabilités
  1. Mise en place et coordination de la réalisation d'études de marché : identifier les besoins, analyser les résultats et partager les conclusions avec les équipes marketing.
  2. Réalisation de prévisions financières : anticiper les évolutions du marché et les événements concurrentiels en collaboration avec les équipes finance.
  3. Suivi, analyse et présentation des résultats de nos produits : accompagner la réorientation des stratégies marketing en fonction des résultats.
  4. Accompagnement du pilotage de l'activité des forces de ventes : proposer des analyses complémentaires et des outils de suivi en fonction des priorités de l'organisation.
  5. Soutien aux équipes internes : fournir des analyses et des business cases ad-hoc pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques.
Exigences
  1. Expérience en Conseil en Stratégie et/ou Finance et/ou Marketing Stratégique : vous avez déjà travaillé dans un environnement stratégique et avez une bonne compréhension des processus de prise de décision.
  2. Maitrise des outils de bureautique : vous êtes familier avec les outils Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel, et avez une bonne connaissance de Power BI, Qlik Sense ou Articque.
  3. Capacités analytiques et synthétiques : vous êtes capable d'analyser des données complexes et de présenter les résultats de manière claire et concise.
  4. Travail en équipe : vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe et de communiquer efficacement avec les collègues.
  5. Connaissance de l'industrie biomédicale ou pharmaceutique : vous avez une bonne compréhension de l'industrie et de ses défis.
  6. Aisance en Anglais : vous êtes capable de communiquer en anglais dans un contexte professionnel.
