Procurement and Supply Chain Graduate Programme

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate to join our Procurement and Supply Chain team as a Graduate Procurement and Supply Chain Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in procurement and supply chain management, working with a leading international defence, aerospace and security company.
As a Graduate Procurement and Supply Chain Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement and supply chain function, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in procurement and supply chain management, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationship management.
The programme consists of four six-month placements in different disciplines and businesses, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of how procurement and supply chain operates at Babcock. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including source to contract, operational procurement, category management, procurement enablement, and supplier quality.
We are looking for a graduate with a strong academic background and a demonstrable interest in procurement or supply chain. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
