Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Purpose

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will provide engineering solutions that meet TechnipFMC's standards, procedures, and processes. You will work independently on assigned tasks and participate in complex projects under the supervision of senior engineering personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks in accordance with department instructions, schedules, and HSE requirements.
  • Work on assigned tasks and participate in complex projects.
  • Supervise junior engineering personnel and ensure quality and efficiency of deliverables.
  • Deliver designs for proposals and verify designs using classical analysis techniques.
Requirements
  • Relevant Engineering Degree.
  • Skilled in Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Skilled in Engineering Drawing, Dimensioning, & Tolerancing.
  • Skilled in creating engineering documentation and Bill of Materials.
  • Knowledgeable in Materials Science.
  • Knowledgeable in 3D Modeling and Drafting Standards (NX or Equivalent).
  • Knowledgeable in Surface Wellhead and Tree technology.
  • Skilled in relevant industry codes (API 6A, ISO 9001, etc.).
  • Skilled in TechnipFMC core applications, databases, and processes.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office.
  • Strong Communication skills in English, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to work in a team-orientated and diverse cultural environment.
  • Good planning, organisational, and problem solving skills.
