Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Multi Task Operatives (MTOs) to join our team at Wincanton's Hinkley Logistics Hub in Bridgwater. As a key role in the successful delivery of a contract, you will be responsible for providing warehousing and transport services for equipment being delivered for the construction of Hinkley Point.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving MHE - unloading and loading deliveries
  • Delivering high personal standards to achieve KPI's in safety, quality, performance and service
  • Taking pride in ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the operation
  • Being part of and contributing towards a Zero Harm culture
  • Helping Britain achieve Net Zero
Requirements
  • Experience of working within a warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication skills combined with logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make recommendations for improvement
  • Enthusiastic, committed and able to respond positively to changing demands
  • MHE license(s) desirable but not essential as training will be provided
