Housekeeping Lead

We are seeking a Housekeeping Lead to maintain high standards of cleanliness at Immacolata House Dementia Nursing Home. As the lead, you will oversee the Housekeeping Team, ensuring the home is adequately staffed and cleaned in line with Infection Control and Health and Safety guidelines.

• Oversight of the Housekeeping Team, including staff allocation, new staff inductions, and supervisions.
• Completing weekly duty rotas to ensure the home is adequately staffed.
• Ensuring the Housekeeping Team have necessary cleaning materials.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive induction and training program is also provided. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate loyalty, flexibility, and commitment to the Care Home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the home. This will involve working closely with residents to ensure their needs and choices are being met.

The Ideal Candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the Housekeeping Team. You will also be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
