A highly motivated and organised Operations Supervisor is sought by Shaw Pipeline Services, a dynamic business providing pipeline weld inspection services to the oil and gas industry.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity offers the chance to work as part of a supportive team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality project services to our clients. As Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, working closely with the Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a technical operations environment, possessing strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills. They will be proactive, committed to excellence, and willing to take accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Operations Manager in delivering project services
- Managing personnel scheduling and certification
- Ensuring equipment availability and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a technical operations role, ideally within the oil and gas pipeline sector
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills
- Proactive and committed to excellence, with a willingness to take accountability
