To oversee the management of Reply Limited's UK real estate portfolio, encompassing acquisition, development projects, maintenance, facilities management, and disposal. This role involves leveraging subcontracts and internal capabilities as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate building repairs and maintenance projects.
  2. Manage suppliers for soft and hard services contracts across the estate.
  3. Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure facilities meet business demands.
  4. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements across all buildings.
  5. Actively manage subcontracts, reviewing suppliers' SLA's and KPI's to maintain high standards.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors to align on property project goals and requirements.
  7. Work with the leadership team to implement and coordinate facilities-related projects.
  8. Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring projects are completed within budgetary and time constraints.
  9. Act as the Reply UK Safety Officer.
  10. Assist the Board of Reply in discharging its statutory and moral responsibilities for Health and Safety.
  11. Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption and promote environmental stewardship.
Key Requirements:
  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in facilities management with proven project management skills.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and facilities operations.
  3. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing facilities management, health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  4. Strong financial and commercial acumen with evidence of budgeting and contract tendering and management.
  5. Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Formal IOSH - Managing Safely certification and in-date fire Marshall and first aid certification.
  7. Strong written and spoken English language necessary.
