Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Luxury Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing store displays that showcase our luxury brands in the UK and EU.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in visual merchandising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Create clear and concise brand visual merchandising guidelines
  • Maintain and evolve current VM training documentation
  • Provide weekly store feedback to key stores
  • Regularly visit stores around the estate to monitor and maintain standards
  • Carry out seasonal Model Store training sessions with the wider learning and development team
  • Work alongside the Commercial/Marketing team to ensure all standards are being met
  • Highlight key commercial opportunities within the business
  • Feedback to internal and external stakeholders regarding any issues surrounding products or projects
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and explore opportunities
Requirements
  • Advance experience in Adobe Suite
  • Management experience
  • 2 years VM experience – Required
  • Great written and communication skills
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Confident in leading a team as well as independently
  • Able to work to strict deadlines
  • Good eye for detail
