About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact on their education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide support to students with varying learning abilities. This may involve one-on-one assistance, small group work, or supporting entire classes. You will also be responsible for managing student behavior and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, patient, and have a calm demeanor. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with teachers, students, and other staff members. While prior experience is not necessary, you must be willing to learn and adapt to new situations. Additionally, you should be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £$12.50 per hour, paid weekly through PAYE.
