About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at N-able. As a key member of our FP&A and Sales compensation teams, you'll play a critical role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with FP&A and Sales compensation teams to develop and maintain data-driven strategies
  • Create, improve, and analyze billings and product reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Validate monthly billing results with Salesforce and Billing Systems, ensuring data integrity
  • Evaluate internal processes and reporting for efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and developing procedures for data cleaning
  • Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support data-driven decision-making
  • Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting, and analysis as required to support business needs
What We're Looking For
  • Strong experience in Sales Operations or FP&A in a software organization
  • Excellent visualization creation skills using Tableau or Power BI, with a focus on accuracy and completeness
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills, leveraging best practices for scalability
  • Ability to synthesize complex data and effectively communicate findings verbally and in writing
  • Inclination towards solving problems and articulating findings from complex datasets to inform business decisions
  • Highly organized, with a proven ability to prioritize effectively and deliver results with a sense of urgency
  • Team player with the ability to partner at all levels of the organization and work independently
