Equine Veterinary Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Equine Veterinary Nurse to join our team at our state-of-the-art referral hospital in West Sussex.

About the Role

As an Equine Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and working closely with our experienced team of veterinary surgeons and nurses.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing excellent patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with general inpatient care, critical care, neonatal critical care, and nursing in the isolation unit.
  • Ensure that medical records are professionally written, clear, and complete.
  • Radiography - obtaining high quality radiographs and assisting with plate holding.
  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging - patient preparation, acquisition of images, patient monitoring and care during the procedure, liaising with MRI provider.
