Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Business Analyst to join our team at Digital Gurus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for aligning business needs with technology solutions, driving innovation and enhancing overall performance.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3-4 days per week onsite in Lytham. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement technology strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Alignment: Act as the main liaison between departments and IT, ensuring technology strategies are aligned with business goals.
  2. Technology Solutions Development: Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, collaborating with IT on scalable, sustainable solutions.
  3. Project Management: Lead and manage technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
Requirements
  1. A strong understanding of business operations and technology solutions.
  2. Experience in both business analysis (BA) and project management (PM), particularly in leading technology projects.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  4. A proven ability to align technology with business objectives and manage competing priorities.
