Job Title: After Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an After Sales Administrator. As a key member of our property industry team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating the home buying process, and ensuring successful completion of sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register client details and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including mortgage advisers, solicitors, and surveyors
  • Gather required documents to complete the sale, including identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies
  • Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role
  • Experience or knowledge of estate agency, residential lettings, and the home buying process
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills
  • Passion for haart's values and processes
