Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Liberty Wines. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of warehouse tasks, including stock replenishment, picking, packing, and loading pallets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Replenishment and Placement: Perform stock replenishment and placement tasks to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Stock Picking and Packing: Execute stock picking and packing tasks using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including equipment upkeep and adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and other team members to achieve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse role, utilizing a WMS system.
  • Skills: Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work independently, and proven flexibility and adaptability in various warehouse environments.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
