About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Independent Financial Advisers, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of client and portfolio records
  • Preparation of client files for annual or half-yearly reviews
  • Processing client new business and general client administration
  • Communicating with clients on case progress
  • Preparing necessary paperwork and application forms for client meetings
  • Managing WIP and invoicing
  • Communicating with product providers on case progress and compliance issues
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational and planning skills, a good understanding of Microsoft Office, and other industry technical software packages. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate in Financial Services or be working towards it.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £32,000.00, dependent on experience and qualifications. Other benefits include life cover, flexible benefits scheme, wellness platform, shopping discounts platform, support to obtain professional qualifications, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, health care cash plan, and enhanced employer pension contributions.

Working Arrangements

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, post probation. Our working hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday.
