About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our Energy Field Service team at oilandgas. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of our Energy Storage products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site technical activities related to the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of our Energy sites, both in the UK and abroad.
  • Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis, both remotely and on-site, to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contractors and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Analyze recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Plan, organize, and execute technical activities, including preparing and coordinating with stakeholders as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a technician in the electrical engineering field, with a strong background in Low and Medium Voltage electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and a willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK, including overnight stays.
  • Ability to work non-routine hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
