Job Title: Heating System Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Heating System Maintenance Specialist to join our team at SER Limited. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality and cost-effective heating system maintenance and repair service to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

- Servicing, repairing, and installing gas, oil, and solid fuel heating systems
- Carrying out general plumbing repairs, maintenance, and remedial work as directed
- Participating in an emergency out-of-hours service as required
- Conducting dynamic risk assessments to ensure the safety of yourself and others

Requirements:

- C & G Plumbing qualification or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS check
