Transform your career with PTC, a global leader in digital transformation. We're seeking an experienced PLM Sr. Solution Consultant to drive successful implementation and adoption of our PLM solutions in the EMEA region.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and adoption-related services to deliver exceptional customer value. As a key client-focused role, you'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth PLM transformations, apply OCM best practices, and support training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver OCM and adoption services to maximize the value of PLM implementations.
  • Apply OCM methodologies to guide customers through transitions and successful adoption of PTC's PLM solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure successful PLM transformations, engaging leadership, managers, and end users throughout the process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for OCM services in the EMEA region, ensuring delivery aligns with customer objectives and needs.
  • Provide guidance in developing training materials and best practices to ensure effective PLM user adoption.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention by delivering a seamless PLM adoption experience.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance OCM methodologies and ensure industry-leading service delivery.

  • Customers are successfully utilizing PTC's PLM solutions and expanded capabilities.
  • Customer health metrics and satisfaction scores are positive, reflecting increased adoption and engagement.
  • OCM methodologies are consistently applied and shared across internal teams and partners to ensure success.
  • Customers are eager to participate in testimonials and share their success stories based on positive experiences.
