Product Manager, Web Platforms

At Mozilla, we're committed to creating a web presence that effectively supports our goals and engages our audience. As a Product Manager, Web Platforms, you'll play a critical role in bringing our web platforms vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate product vision into clear requirements for our web platforms roadmap
  • Responsible for the Foundation's web ecosystem with a broad understanding of internal business needs and external audiences
  • Holistically build solutions that meet the needs of multiple teams across the organization
  • Develop qualitative and quantitative data insights from customer research, data analysis, and business analysis
  • Consistently advocate for the end-user's point of view during feature ideation
  • Track results of experiments and leverage learnings to create new tests
  • Analyze website performance metrics, user feedback, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement
Collaboration and Project Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to best practices
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Web Platforms Team and other departments
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role within web development or digital product management
  • Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience, and web technologies
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
