This position offers a unique chance to work as an experienced paediatric occupational therapist in our team, providing essential support to young children with complex needs.
Salary: £30,400 - £53,800 per year
About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Occupational Therapist with a minimum of two years' experience working with children with physical, neurodevelopmental, and genetic conditions.
The successful candidate will be confident in working independently, conducting assessments, and delivering tailored therapy plans in diverse settings, including homes, clinics, and schools.
Responsibilities- Manage a large caseload of children with complex needs, primarily aged birth to four years.
- Develop and implement comprehensive therapy plans focusing on motor skills, self-care, and sensory development.
- Work effectively in various environments, adapting therapy to meet individual needs.
- Foster strong relationships with families to enhance therapy outcomes.
- Apply problem-solving skills and participate in regular supervision to grow professionally.
- Excellent benefits package, including 33 days' annual leave and 10 days' contractual sick pay.
