HGV Mechanic Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HGV Mechanic to join our team at Silver Arrow Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy goods vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret repair instructions and carry out maintenance tasks efficiently
  • Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest technical information
  • Accurately record work done and report any further work required or vehicle faults
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Provide accurate information and maintain records in a timely manner
  • Adhere to good health and safety practices and company policies
Requirements:
  • Level 3 City and Guilds in an equivalent sector (desirable)
  • Main dealership experience is essential
  • HGV 1 or 2 licence (desirable)
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Full Clean Driving Licence
