Job Title: Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Intersect Global Ltd. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing and submitting tender quotations for new contracts and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret project briefs and produce pricing schedules capturing all scope required
  • Research and obtain quotes from suppliers and contractors within specified time frames
  • Liaise with project controls teams to build tender programmes and ensure adequate project preliminaries are applied
  • Assess risk levels associated with projects and ensure adequate risk is applied to price and programme
  • Prepare and present tender quotations internally for review and approval
  • Assist with bids for new contracts and frameworks
  • Support the activities of buyers and work collaboratively with all other departments
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
  • Ability to make decisions, demonstrate accountability and integrity, and work in a high-pressure environment
