Drive Sales Growth and Client Success as a Modern Workplace Account Executive

At Changing Social, we're a leading Microsoft Modern Work Solutions Partner dedicated to empowering organisations and their people to achieve their best work effortlessly and securely. As a Modern Workplace Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and developing account management plans to maximise client engagement and retention.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Solution Selling: Understand clients' business challenges and objectives, present solutions that align with their needs, and demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, including M365, to effectively communicate their value proposition.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, negotiate contract terms and pricing, and work closely with Operations and Adoption and Change teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in contract agreements and statements of work.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, and use insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Modern Workplace solutions, including Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities.
