About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs Teacher to join our team at a renowned Special Educational Needs school. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a wide range of needs and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work 1-1 with pupils who require extra support
  • Adhere to all safeguarding and safety protocols whilst in the classroom and during outdoor Forest School classes
  • Create a well-structured and positive learning environment
  • Teach students with SEND/SEMH in specialist classes or groups
  • Build relationships with pupils, parents, and faculty members
