We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Training and Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and delivering training, workshops, and blended learning activities to support learners in achieving their goals.

The role requires ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines, including those of awarding organizations, government agencies, and industry bodies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR role and possess excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

The successful candidate will be passionate about training and learning, with a creative approach to delivering engaging and effective programs. They will also have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle, as the role involves field-based work.
