Maintenance Electrician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at INFORM3 Recruitment. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine electrical maintenance and repairs on our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs on all areas of the plant.
  • Ensure that all electrical work is safe and compliant with regulations.
  • Use hand tools, equipment, and machinery for repairs and minor improvements.
  • Carry out inspections and fault diagnostics in a safe and friendly environment.
  • Ensure that all work is of an acceptable standard, safe, and on time.
  • Act quickly on breakdowns and emergency situations.
  • Document all work accurately and record it up to date on a daily basis.
  • Work closely with staff to ensure effective machinery and equipment operation.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent of 3+ years as an Electrician.
  • Experience within the Manufacturing Industry.
  • Understanding of Planned Preventative Maintenance systems.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of electrical drawings.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
