Key Responsibilities- Collect and process incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and packages
- Manage stock levels and process orders for office supplies and IT equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and conference facilities
- Liaise with engineers and contractors to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
- Arrange conference facilities, including audio-visual equipment
- Provide reception and events support
- Prepare and serve refreshments and food to clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
