The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Personal Lines Insurance, including Motor and Household risks, and be able to identify the best policy to meet clients\' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and deliver against agreed Renewal Retention or New Business Targets, contributing to the team\'s overall targets & KPIs
  • Conduct thorough pre-renewal reviews and market reviews for clients
  • Invite Personal Lines policies in good time, in line with Higos\' operational guidance
  • Ensure policies are renewed on or before the renewal date
  • Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring all operational priorities and Higos rules, procedures, and policies for risk and compliance are adhered to

Requirements:

  • Ability to take responsibility for own performance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
