Job Description

Veritas Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking a qualified Graduate Teaching Assistant to work in secondary schools based in Central London. The role involves supporting students with special educational needs and learning difficulties on a 1:1 basis, helping them achieve their attainment levels, and providing a safe environment for children to learn.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, a strong communicator, and able to build a rapport with young people. Experience working with children and young people, ideally in an educational setting, is essential. The successful applicant must also be reliable and committed to the school and students' improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with special educational needs and learning difficulties on a 1:1 basis
  • Helping students achieve their attainment levels
  • Providing a safe environment for children to learn

Salary: £95-£105 per day

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-4pm, term time only
