Your Mission:

  • Execute PPM works for commercial combustion, heating, and HVAC bias systems;
  • Maintain various building services including fabric, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems;
  • Promote excellent customer satisfaction by providing a professional service;
  • Verify that all gas/heating equipment adheres to performance standards.

Requirements: To succeed in this position, you'll require:

  • COCN1 or CODNC1 certifications;
  • Hold CCN1, CENWAT1, and CPA1 qualifications;
  • Obtain C & G Level 2/3 Mechanical or Electrical certification;
  • Possess a valid full UK driving licence;
  • Showcase effective communication skills when interacting with customers;
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work independently or as part of a team.
