Main duties will include:

  • Taking an active role in fixing and maintaining electrical systems and other minor building services.
  • Working with a skilled engineering team to perform scheduled maintenance tasks on different parts of the site, such as lighting, electrical installations, security systems, motors, pumps, and other building services.
  • Attending additional training as needed to stay competent and comply with your role.
  • Participating in an on-call rota, which may require you to be available outside of normal working hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • The 18th Edition qualification is essential for this role.
  • NVQ City and Guilds qualifications are highly desirable.
  • The ability to inspect and test electrical systems is crucial.
  • You must have a full UK driving licence.
  • Experience working within a Facilities Management environment is highly valuable.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
