Job Overview

We are working in partnership with LTF Recruitment Ltd to appoint a Cover Supervisor to support the daily operations of a Secondary School in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the educational experience of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cover for teachers in the absence of a designated teacher, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Supervise students during lessons, maintaining order and discipline, and promoting positive behavior.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of learning materials, and provide support with administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective lesson plans and strategies to engage students.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other school staff.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the school.
