Job Opportunity: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Serendipity Consulting. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing coffee machines to our clients' high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and set up coffee equipment on customers' premises, conducting demonstrations and ensuring accurate recording of work conducted.
  • Attend customers' sites for routine servicing, administering installation, service, and repair activities through company systems.
  • Support the efficient organization of work routines for employees within the team, effectively managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Deliver superior customer service throughout, consistently meeting our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous electrical experience, with a willingness to learn and attend training.
  • Ability to show initiative and adapt to frequently changing requirements, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow company procedures, client specifications accurately and safely, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year.
