About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Local Housing Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring that our Home Owners receive a hassle-free and worry-free retirement living lifestyle.

As a Local Housing Manager, you will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, providing a first-class service to our Owners. You will be responsible for managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and organizing activities and events for our Owners.

About You

We are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will have experience of working in similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors.

You will be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. You will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative, and will have the ability to work under pressure.
