Director of Sustainability Reporting

Spirax Group is seeking a Director of Sustainability Reporting to join their Group Sustainability team. Located in Cheltenham, UK (hybrid working), this role reports to the Group Sustainability Director and has two permanent direct reports.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial information and reporting processes, acting as a bridge between the Sustainability function and other key functions such as Finance, Internal Audit, and Compliance.
This strategic role ensures non-financial regulatory reporting compliance, prepares the Group for upcoming requirements, and oversees the development of reporting systems, processes, and controls.
A competitive salary (£80,000 - £120,000) and excellent benefits, including 27 days holiday allowance, comprehensive private healthcare, and flexible working, are on offer.
