Senior Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to join our Real Estate Managed Legal Services team at Addleshaw Goddard. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with a variety of commercial property matters, including underleases, lease renewals, and disposals.
- Work closely with our client account team to ensure consistency of approach and sharing of best practice knowledge.
- Provide regular updates to clients on matter progress and act as the first point of contact for property title information.
- Support senior team members with drafting, reporting, and working on transactions.
- Contribute to the development of innovative methodologies and the use of technology to deliver work.
- Prior experience in real estate and commercial property, with retail sector experience desired.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to get to grips with client management systems quickly.
- Effective personal, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple demands from clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Ability to work to tight timescales with a sense of urgency and juggle the demands of a challenging role.
- Interest in or experience of using technology to deliver work.
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours to meet the demands of the business and clients.
