Job Overview

DPD UK is seeking a Class 1 Relief/Tramper driver to join their team. As a key member of the DPD team, you will be responsible for making bulk collections and deliveries between various DPD sites and customers nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have a valid UK Class 1 driving license, a minimum of 12 months Class 1 experience, and a valid UK CPC card. You will also be required to have a valid UK digital tachograph card and the ability to load/unload trailers where needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make bulk collections and deliveries between DPD sites and customers nationwide
  • Drive a modern fleet on an agreed shift pattern, delivering palette loads to HGV-friendly locations
  • Work a minimum of 4 nights a week, sleeping in your vehicle at one of DPD's secure locations
  • Cover a set region surrounding your base depot
Requirements
  • Valid UK Class 1 driving license
  • Minimum 12 months Class 1 experience
  • Valid UK CPC card
  • Valid UK digital tachograph card
  • Ability to load/unload trailers where needed
