About the Role

We're seeking a multi-skilled Team Member who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to all guests, making every interaction a positive one.
  • Actively promote hotel services and facilities, maximising sales opportunities through knowledge of our product and suggestive selling.
  • Welcoming guests consistently, offering professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  • Handle guest orders with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high-quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
  • Keep service areas clean and tidy, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
  • Maintain health & safety and food safety standards, ensuring the well-being of our guests and employees.
  • Review arrivals, ensuring that special requests are met.
  • Handle any guest concerns, reacting promptly and ensuring satisfaction in resolutions.
  • Assist in growing ALL Loyalty programme membership.
